Las Vegas Raiders safety Jamal Adams believes fans also have a role in Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Rondale Moore’s passing. The 25-year-old was found dead on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in his hometown of New Albany.
Reports from the Floyd County Coroner and New Albany Police Chief Todd Bailey state that Moore was found inside a garage at the residence. Authorities indicated that early findings point to a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound. Officials scheduled an autopsy for Sunday, February 22, 2025, to determine the official cause of death.

Jamal Adams on Rondale Moore’s Death
VikingzFanPage’s X handle posted about Rondale Moore’s knee injuries following his passing.
“Rondale Moore suffered back to back season ending knee injuries in 2024 and 2025. This photo was taken right after his second ACL tear back in August. Now, it’s been reported that he’s passed away. He was just 25 years old, man 😔,” the caption read.
Jamal Adams reshared the post on his X handle and clapped back at fans for criticizing athletes after injuries.
“I’m not jumping to conclusions, but let me say this. Fans and media be quick to label a player “injury prone” We don’t choose to get hurt… sometimes shit just happens. Y’all don’t see the rehab, the pain, the mental drain it causes.” Adams wrote.
“That process can make you lose yourself. This shit is real. No matter how much support you get, you still gotta fight that battle alone. Prayers up for Rondale Moore and his family. He was a baller, no question.”
