Where to Watch 76ers vs. Celtics Game 2 Live? Streaming & TV Coverage Worldwide

The Boston Celtics host the Philadelphia 76ers at TD Garden on Tuesday night for Game 2 of their Eastern Conference First Round series. After a dismantling of the Sixers in the series opener, Boston looks to defend its home floor once again and head to Philadelphia with a 2–0 lead.

Boston enters Game 2 coming off a dominant 123–91 victory in Game 1 on Sunday. The Celtics‘ offense was firing on all cylinders, led by Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. Meanwhile, their top-ranked defense held Philadelphia to just 37% shooting from the floor. With mid-season addition Nikola Vučević providing a double-double in his Celtics playoff debut, Boston appears to have found the perfect balance to complement their elite perimeter scoring.

The 76ers are looking to flush the tape after a Game 1 performance in which they trailed by as many as 34 points. While Tyrese Maxey and rookie sensation VJ Edgecombe provided most of the offensive sparks, the absence of Joel Embiid, who remains out following an emergency appendectomy, left a massive void in the paint. Philadelphia must find a way to slow down Boston’s transition game after being outrebounded by 15 in the opener.

Head to Head

The Boston Celtics lead the 2025–26 postseason series 1–0. Including the regular season, Boston has won three of the five meetings this year. Historically, the Celtics lead the all-time playoff series 67–50.

Prediction

Without Joel Embiid to lead the defense and draw double-teams, the 76ers are struggling to find rhythm against Boston’s set defense. While Tyrese Maxey is capable of a scoring explosion, the Celtics’ defensive versatility with Derrick White and Jrue Holiday (off the bench) makes it difficult for any Sixers guard to get going. Expect another strong performance from Jaylen Brown and for Boston’s depth to secure a 2–0 series lead.

Score Prediction: Celtics 118 – 76ers 100
